Official Competition Rules & Semi-Finalist Waiver
By signing below, entrant agrees to each of the following rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

Promenade Temecula, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the 'Company' or the 'Mall'), will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
1. Description of Contest/Participation.
A. Dates of Contest: The Contest will begin Tuesday, April 17, 2012 and end on or about February, 2013.
B. How to Enter:
Register by filling out an entry at http://www.promenadetemecula.com/ and submitting a photo representing your personal style. Photos must be uploaded as JPEG files (.jpg, .jpeg) no larger than 2 MB (2048 kilobytes). Photos must also be in RGB format (a default setting on most digital cameras). Registration is subject to the Promenade Temecula Web site Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, these Official Rules shall govern with respect to this Contest. Deadline for monthly registration is specified on the Mall's Web site. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. 'Authorized account holder' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
C. How to Play: The Mall will select two (2) entries from all entries received each month to determine the two (2) monthly contestants for the Project Style competition (each, a "Monthly Semi-Finalist"). Selection of Monthly Semi-Finalists is at the sole discretion of the Mall. Mall representatives will review entries and select at their discretion the Monthly Semi-Finalists based on overall style, personality and creativity represented in the entries. Each Monthly Semi-Finalist must report to the Mall Management by the date specified to complete all necessary forms, review the rules and regulations, sign an agreement stating that they understand all rules and regulations of the competition and receive a $150 Gift Card to shop for their best trendsetting outfit. A contestant may not add any money to the $150 provided by the Mall, but may include and identify one (1) item from their personal closet in making up their trendsetting outfit. This single personal item is the only component allowed in the competition that may not be from the shopping center.
Contestants must retain all original receipts from their purchases and submit to the marketing director of the Mall for final judging. Contestants have the option of (a) entering themselves as the trendsetter and serving as their own model, or (b) entering themselves as the trendsetter and having a partner serve as the model ('Model'). In the case of the latter, all Contestants and Models must understand that consideration and prizes will only be provided to the actual Monthly Semi-Finalist and not the Model. Any arrangement to compensate or acknowledge Models will be done only at the discretion of each Contestant. All participants are encouraged to consider fashion accessories, hair and make-up in styling their entry. Monthly Semi-Finalists must post their outfit photos and video by the specified date on the Mall Web site. Photos must be uploaded as JPEG files (.jpg, .jpeg) no larger than 2 MB (2048 kilobytes). Photos must also be in RGB format (a default setting on most digital cameras). Videos must be no longer than 60 seconds and uploaded via YouTube.com with the link to that video in the submitted designated field of contestant's Project Style entry form. Failure to submit an entry by the appropriate time may disqualify the contestant from competition. If a contestant is disqualified, all materials supplied to the contestant including the $150 gift card must be returned immediately.
One Finalist will be selected among the two Monthly Semi-Finalists each month by PlaceWise, the Mall Web site host company, based on the number of votes received for their submissions (each, a 'Semi-Finalist'). Each Monthly Semi-Finalist is encouraged to send their submission links to all of their contacts to solicit votes on http://www.promenadetemecula.com/. The Monthly Semi-Finalist with the most votes on http://www.promenadetemecula.com/ during the applicable month will be selected as the Finalist for that month to move on to the Style Off Competition conducted LIVE at the mall in September, 2012. For the monthly Project Style competition voting, there is a limit of one vote per person, per day. Contestants are permitted to vote.
One 'wild-card' Finalist will be selected from all of the Monthly Semi-finalists to compete in the Style Off Competition conducted LIVE at the mall on September, 2012. The 'wild-card' Finalist will be selected by the Mall Management Team, at its sole discretion, based on the number of votes received during the competition, Overall style and technique and prompt submission of required entry information.
D. Style Off Competition: Each Finalist will be invited to participate in the Style Off Competition held LIVE at the mall in September, 2012, on a date to be determined by the Mall, at its sole discretion. Each Finalist will receive a $200 gift card to present their best trendsetting outfit, and they have the option of (a) entering themselves as the trendsetter and serving as their own model, or (b) entering themselves as the trendsetter and having a partner serve as the Model. In the case of the latter, all Finalists and Models must understand that consideration and prizes will only be provided to the Style Off Competition winner. Any arrangement to compensate or acknowledge Models will be done only at the discretion of each Finalist. The Finalists must present all original receipts with the date of the Style Off from their purchases to the marketing director of the Mall for final judging. A panel of judges will select one Regional winner, based on sole discretion of the panel. The winner shall receive a $1,000 mall gift card.
E. National Style Off Competition: The Regional Winner from each participating center will compete nationally with fourteen other Regional Winners in October, 2012, on a date to be determined by the Mall, at its sole discretion. Participating Centers include: Antelope Valley Mall, Palmdale, CA; Promenade Bolingbrook, Bolingbrook, IL; Boulevard Mall, Amherst, NY; Charleston Town Center, Charleston, WV; Orchard Town Center, Westminster, CO; Westchester's Ridge Hill, Yonkers, NY; The Mall at Robinson, Pittsburgh, PA; Short Pump Town Center, Richmond, VA; Southlands, Aurora, CO; South Bay Galleria, Redondo Beach, CA; Galleria at Sunset, Henderson, NV; Shops at Tanforan, San Bruno, CA; Promenade at Temecula, Temecula, CA; Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga, CA; The Shops at Wiregrass, Wesley Chapel, FL. Each Regional Winner must report to the Mall Management by the date specified to complete all necessary forms, review the rules and regulations, sign an agreement stating that they understand all rules and regulations of the competition and receive a $200 Gift Card to shop for their best trendsetting outfit. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected among the fifteen Regional Winners by a panel of judges, based on sole discretion of the panel. The winner shall receive a trip for two to Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City in February, 2013. Grand Prize includes airfare for two, two nights hotel stay in New York City, shopping tour with Nick Verreos in Soho for three hours, two tickets to attend a Fashion Week show with Nick Verreos, $500 credit card and a personal wardrobe sketch by Nick Verreos.
2. Prize(s) for Regional Style Off Competition. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are:
Prize: $1,000.00 shopping spree payable in a mall gift card and right to keep outfits (prize value $1,350.00)
Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be redeemed within 60 days of the contest end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion.
3. Prize(s) for National Style Off Competition. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are:
Grand Prize: Airfare for two, two nights hotel stay in New York City, shopping tour with Nick Verreos in Soho for three hours, two tickets to attend a Fashion Week show with Nick Verreos, $500 credit card and a personal wardrobe sketch by Nick Verreos. (prize value $6,500.00)
Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be redeemed within 60 days of the contest end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion.
4. Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 13-years old as determined by the Company and reside in the Mall's Metropolitan Statistical Area. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize. Only one (1) entry per person per month. Employees of the Company, the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term 'immediate family' includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as 'in-laws,' or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
5. Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, videos, voices, likenesses and entry materials in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
6. Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants (or their parent or legal guardian if the participant is a minor) must sign an official affidavit of eligibility and liability form provided by the Company.
7. Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
8. Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. The use of any automated means for entry or voting (including the use of multiple e-mail addresses) is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices (whether by the entrant or any voter) will cause disqualification of the entrant. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Company corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest. Company and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Company, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT, VOTER, OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Miscellaneous. Each winner (or the winner's parent or legal guardian, if the winner is a minor) must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, visit the Mall name Management Office during normal business hours or mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to the Mall's address, listed above. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.
10. Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the Unites States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Mall(s) shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including furnishing lists of winners, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by local and state law.
