  PT Sales Associate

  Key Responsibilities:

  Essential Functions ? Achieving sales targets will be ok, but blowing them out of the water will be better. ? Interact with customers throughout the day, uncover their wireless needs and provide a solution that meets those needs. ? Must provide exceptional customer service that creates customers who are willing to recommend our company and you, their personal wireless consultant, to their friends, family and co-workers. ? Must be open to personal and professional coaching and development from experienced wireless industry leaders. ? Must be willing to bring nothing but your best performance and positive attitude to work each day.

  Skills & Experience Requirements:

  Experience and Skills ? Minimum 1 year of sales or other applicable customer focused experience. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to cope and adapt quickly and easily to change in a fast-paced retail environment. – Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a highly productive sales team. – High school diploma required, college a plus.

  Special Information:

  Compensation ? Total compensation ranges vary based on sales attainment, incentives and hours worked. ? We often run monthly sales incentives in addition to standard pay. ? Pay structure is base wage PLUS commission on everything sold including phones, accessories and phone protection. Sliding pay scale means the more you sell, the more you make.
